First sign of the bubble bursting? From the Kansas City Business Journal website, "The use of AI is creating more work for many managers and costing their companies money.

The dollars are adding up because of workers who are turning in "slop." "

@goblin Nice work! The kids should enjoy the workshop.
@User47 @vmstan Same here. The first internet company that I ever liked—very little down time.

@User47 That may be due to several years of below average rainfall. I know at KOEC, where I volunteer, their pond has been several feet lower than the usual level for years, which has led to a dry wetland below the pond.
@User47 I started reading this as if you were a rastafarian.

Yesterday I had a great lunch with a friend. He's a cop for a blue dot city in an ocean of red. The dude's good people and just as lefty as me. This is why I don't align to the ACAB and poorly named "defund" movements.

Just a friendly reminder that if we dems are to right the course of this country we're going to need a big tent and folks from all walks of life. No silly purity tests. That doesn't mean compromising values. It's about keeping focused on the big things.

Also just to be clear, ice can fuck all the way off that's a lost cause and will need major reform including throwing out the rot.

@User47 Love the idea of the Tucson show. We do have a show in KC—March 13-15. Ruth will have a table where she sells some of the jewelry she's put together. I'll be volunteering for the silent auction to help pay her table fee. Let me know if you're interested—I can get you discount on admission.
