@mickylindlar I try to remember that mental work is like physical work. Extreme exertion is difficult,
and rewarding, and requires recovery.
There are trade-offs. You need to catch your mind after exertion just like you need to catch your breath. Plan for the recovery, as much as you can, and accept and embrace the consequences. You are tired, and you have grown. Rest, and come again when you are ready.
