I like to read incident reports, accident investigations and (technical) post-mortems. Maybe a bit too much. But I feel like I’m getting a lot out of it, both for my professional work as a software development manager and my volunteer work as a lifeboat helm. Here’s why.

@chidgey @EngNet a little older than you, so Wittenoom is a very memorable name - remember stories about all the tailings across the town for kids to play in. A horror story—well told by causality. As you say, a different sort of story. Like smoking, climate change - a story of corporate cover up too. But much to large for a single podcast. Sure the ABC would have some great series.
