As the measles outbreak in Texas keeps spreading, parents who previously chose not to vaccinate their children are now lining up to get their kids the shots needed to protect them from the serious illness. “People are more and more nervous” as they watch the highly contagious virus spread in their communities, mostly among children, said Katherine Wells, director of public health for Lubbock's health department. “We’ve vaccinated multiple kids that have never been vaccinated before, some from families that didn’t believe in vaccines.” https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/texas-measles-outbreak-grows-parents-vaccinate-rcna193637

*Texas fought this war because they wanted to keep slavery after Mexico outlawed it. Texas belonged to Mexico at the time. It wasn't about "freedom", it was about the white people keeping the "right" to own other people as property. Texas has been shit this entire time. FYI.

Phew! The risk of that asteroid hitting Earth in 2032 has significantly lowered

Following NASA saying the odds dropped to 0.28 percent, the European Space Agency now says there’s just a 0.16 percent chance of asteroid 2024 YR4 hitting Earth.

@Wraithe People need to push back. Constantly. Maybe we can run them all off.

Yes, yes the best way to increase the size of your audience is to insult and abuse them.

Totally tracks. Fuck that guy is an asshole.
