You ask a good question. It makes me unpopular, so I don't say it much, but I believe a lot of human behavior is in our genes. Some people are kind to small animals. Others pull the wings off flies. It's just how each of them are.
My guess is that something in their genes makes rich vain people think those froglike mouths and wingspan cheekbones look good. If you don't have that gene, they don't look good to you.
That's my guess.
