1/3 g gravity helps, but this rock must be hard, too.

Realize I never shared my latest work on here!
I spent 2 wks before monsoon season in #arizona shooting the Cygnus Loop in a 2x2 mosaic with my 334mm focal length refractor and ASI533MC pro camera. Wish I got more integration, especially since this was done in Bortle 7, but at 57 hours total (~14 per pane) this was quite an endeavor as is! Hope to add to it another year.

First full project shot on my AM5 Mount.

Next day we started after midday. The track lead us along the right bank of the #Vorderrhein via Trun, passing a very fancy building, until we reached the ruins of Castrisch Castle near Ilanz. It started to rain and we were glad that there was not only a barely visible ruin on top of the hill, but also a shooting range with a large canopy.

oh HELL yeah. Sleep mode is under 10 microwatts, just 3.3 µA at 3 volts. This is half of what the old version consumed in sleep mode. Napkin math suggests of 99 weeks of battery life in wake mode, and 3.43 YEARS in sleep mode. Which means I could reasonably expect to assemble a Sensor Watch Lite board today, and still be running on the same battery when I wear it to Supercon 10 in 2026.

I’ve fallen and I can’t get up lol.

I’m at a friend’s dropping stuff off and this couch is so comfortable I do not want to move. Not even for food. Ow I am tired. (Moving out. Fun fun.)

Anyone else remember that scene from hackers where they say RISC is the future

My friends and I would laugh at it, because it was so clear at that point x86 was victorious

27 years later, that line is now true! And now all I have is egg on my face

I was so naive, I mean, she's acid burn, who am I?

I'm giving away my atmel chips and obviously switching over to the ARM32 M0+

Not hip? These chips are far more powerful, use less electricity + idle mode. AND are now cheaper

Oh my god oh my god. I DESIGNED THAT STICKER!!!
(100% electric, not Simon's Cat) 😲I designed it back when I lived in Europe and I released the file to the public domain so that people might want to put it on their own cars. Just spotted it here in Auckland on a Tesla! Amazing!!
“You, boy, what social media website am I posting from?”
Progression of tests :)
