Showed my wife my phone that was running iOS 26. She looked at Liquid Glass and said “ooof, I don’t think that’s good for legibility”. I swear I didn’t prompt her in any way.

I was more or less fine with it on the iPad, but on the phone… don’t like it. Having those translucent controls hover over my “”””content”””” seems like they are constantly in the way, distracting me. Give me an area that has just the content, put the controls somewhere else, not over the content!
