I shared this to my Facebook page, but I forgot to share it here.

The other pics I forgot to attach to the original post.

I was able to get a few quick pics of Mellow, our new Arabian Mau we picked up today. He's been exploring the house, he loves gettin' his lovin's...a lot, and he has played with all three of us. He even layed with me on the bed for awhile, until I had to get up 'cause I didn't have my mask on and I was getting too relaxed.

Yeah Buddy! I got my NUX Amp Academy Stomp to work on my Ubuntu Studio machine. So now I don't have to run it through my Focusrite interface. It works flawlessly going into Reaper, and sounds amazing. Now I just need to figure out how to load NAM profiles through Linux, as the NUX still isn't showing up on the file explorer. Small steps for now.
I got the template made up for my song "Window Blues". Now I can start getting the tracks recorded. I'll start that later on tonight, or early tomorrow morning, as I need some quiet time to record the "Cue" track.
So on Wednesday I got the NUX Amp Academy Stomp I ordered from Sweetwater. I forgot to go to bed Wednesday night 'cause I was going through all of the tones, and learning the "ins and outs" of the device. A great Amp Modeler, that will allow me to practice and record silently whenever inspiration hits... usually around 03:00. 🤪
For my Linux Musicians, do y'all have any experience with the BOSS IR-200 on Linux? I realize that it's not "inherently" compatible through their software compatibility listing. I'm just hoping that this might have been solved by someone in the community. I can just use it as a "Pedal" going into my interface, but if I can use the software to load IRs and edit settings, that might be super useful.
