Never knowing whether their status has been tampered with and their residence rights have taken a nose dive with all the stresses and insecurities that entails
Someone with SETTLED STATUS suddenly finds their status shows EXPIRED - exactly when needing to prove rights. Trying for over 2 months to get it fixed. How can @ukhomeoffice keep saying "Digital status cannot be lost, stolen or tampered with"? This status is TAMPERED WITH.
What a mess. Our hearts go out to this fellow European.
Clarification of what is and is not allowed during period one waits for an Administrative Review under the Withdrawal Agreement, is now urgently needed.
Border Force interpretation of the ārulesā seem to differ widely.
