The #UnitedStates intentionally sustains world conflicts to give job security to folks working in the #defenseIndustry.

In #Oshkosh , #Wisconsin of the United States, I have informed a dozen local churches of this dynamic.

We can make the economy however we want, there is no need to have an unhealthy dependence on conflict.

We are not doing our service members/veterans any long term favors by refusing to learn from the past.

@ChrisMayLA6 it seems likely to me that in some way the government and military (in combination with more aware residents) may on occasion realize that some tragedy may be necessary for folks to take something seriously.

We have evolved to be a social species and in many ways we can become timed to each other and things in our lives.

I have been political enough for long enough that I do know to slow down a bit when bad news hits.

I was in Madison, Wisconsin the other day.

@nemo I have not watched this but I know that using an extreme definition that wouldnt allow criticism of a nation - by its own people or by others - can be dangerous. We should recognize tragedies of the past and present. There can be circumstances that have led to particular events but that would not be a reason to look away or prevent critique. I say this with extreme humility and I do recognize that there are many people that have endured pain and tragedy far beyond my comprehension

@Bsstahl I've been thinking lately that somewhere like #SouthAmerica could possibly be empowered if it had some prominent #SocialMedia platform and/or #AIModel to call its own.

#France , for example, has its own AI model to call its own and, if folks from other countries use that app with the data learning enabled, France can themselves be empowered.

I am certain that there must be some folks in #Venezuela that will never forgive our arrogance.

Why doesn't #SouthAmerica seem to have much in terms of its own #AIModels or #SocialMedia ? Who can help empower them in that way?

@Nonilex it might be a good strategy for #Venezuela to declare the US Armed forces to be a terrorist organization. I can't say that I know anyone from Venezuela so I'm trying to put this strategy out somewhere.
