Gray; splinters and swirls. Sand blowing away in the wind. The faces are all the same and they've always been the same. Not masks but the genuinely empty and vapid facades of biological marionettes... I'm not the thoughts; I'm the one who observes them. So am I the one who does all the thinking about thinking? The search for contact continues; almost daily. The quest to regain my independence is slow but steady. I may finally record and publish some of the #music I've been writing over the past few weeks. Maybe soon I can return to eating more than 3 or 4 times a week on average. Maybe I can once again buy the medicine that works half the time (half the time is better than nothing).
Until then the lines are blurred and every day is a repeat.

Up and down; up and down; maybe today this week-long #migraine will be over. Had several days where it dipped down, kind of went away, then returned in full force. Constant #pain #stress #depression and feeling #alone #loneliness always.
Good news, though: I get to hang out with my sister tomorrow for a while; haven't seen her in a few years so that's really cool!
