I don't think it should matter which specific moments the military is using the servers. If you use your servers to let the military to target hospitals on Monday, then your servers should be cratered even if its Tuesday.

@newrepublic Don't like that the first paragraph says Hamas' attack killed all the non-combatants, not even using the exonerative tense "killed during the attack". Israel hannibaled a significant number of their own civilians. The number unknown because then you'd have to admit all the "do you condemn hamas" and no "do you condemn israel" was and is based on a pro-empire presumption.
