Really disappointed by The Guardian, I’ve been a paid supporter since 2016 with access to the app and website with no restrictions or adverts. Today I’ve just tried to use the site signed in and got the attached image comeback telling me I need to pay £5 to get non personalised advertising. This confused me as I my membership has included ad free content as part of it. Upon reaching out I discovered that my current membership level is obsolete and has been so for several months. @TheGuardian
