Today I sat in the sunshine and painted landscapes using watercolor paints. I haven't touched them in months. The whole set up felt awkward. I'll keep practicing though. It can only get better than today. Lol.

I finally feel more like myself. Not saying the depression is gone, but it's better. Unfortunately, with the return to having feelings other than numbness and wanting to die, anxiety has welcomed itself back into the party with a roar. #mh #anxiety #MentalHealth
