The BBC keeps on talking about the imminent “crude moon mission”. I don’t know what kind of smutty burlesque nonsense NASA is planning, but when I gaze up at our natural satellite, THAT’s the moon I want to see. Not the hairy arse of a former test pilot.

Yesterday used an app called Connect My Tablet to save her fully functional but now unsupported Wacom tablet from the e-waste bin. Works with Tahoe on an Apple Silicon Mac, and well worth the outlay. Set up is a faff (because it’s something artificially obsolete), but it walks you through the process.
I guess those sofa adverts have failed if I suddenly want a 1960s Fiat 600 Multipla.

@snaptophobic We are OK, thanks. It’s the parents (esp. A’s) which are the problem. Age, degenerative illness and basic maintenance problems an 80+ year old chassis needs. There’s a lot to think/worry about. My dad’s been talking about his end of days, which doesn’t seem close, but he wants things neat & tidy when his time comes.
@snaptophobic We got cat paw prints when the new base for the shed was laid down. I 3D scanned them with my iPhone (these things are bloody handy - you can do so much more than “socials”). I 3D printed a coaster, and a pendant for A.
