A backpack with a pull cord that causes a banner to pop out the side (think of the batman dolls with the pop out batwing jetpack thing)
The banner has in big bright letters "YOU HAVE RIGHT OF WAY, DINGUS"
You can unfurl it when you're stopped at a stop sign on your bike and a car tries to wave you on.
