@vernilla white lightning from Vanness1938 is a great additive for dry inks. If you do get it, as a warning, you only need to use the TINIEST amount! Overdoing it will make the ink too wet and feather like crazy.
Another option that is a bit more accessible is adding a toothpick points worth of dish soap to a converter of said dry ink.
Ferris Wheel Press inks are gorgeous - unfortunately, a lot of them tend towards being dry 😵💫
