And, we respond to said email from MS support. They respond by saying they're closing the ticket. Damn thing hasn't even been looked at yet.

Microsoft just now, almost 2 months to the day of opening a support ticket, jsut got back for the first time on the ticket.

Their excuse:
"Due to an unusually high volume of incoming cases, there has been a delay in our outreach. We are now contacting you to confirm whether the issue you reported still requires support."

I call Bullshit!
Doesn't take 2 months to acknowledge you received the ticket and are looking into it.

Co-Worker: I tried calling you like 3 times
ME: I was preoccupied
Co-Worker: But it was important.
ME: When I am on my throne, I shall not be bothered.
Co-Worker: Huh?
ME: Dude, I was taking a shit. I don't take calls when i'm taking a shit.
Co-Worker: oh.
I miss the days of Astalavista.box.sk
Things seemed so much easier.
Seriously, folks, I think we're getting to the point here where we're going to have to start recommending that folks stop putting stuff online just because it's convenient. Not every single part of your business has to be available publicly on the internet. It just doesn't. This is getting untenable, and we're going to lose if we keep this up.

AI is making people dumber by removing their critical thinking skills.
"Oh i need this tool to help me write documentation"
"Oh I need this to help write emails"

No you don't. use the brain you were born with.

This tool is designed to streamline the process of performing a software security review from the command line. You can use it to start a new review, capturing key information about the software, its data handling practices, security measures, and integration risks. Existing reviews can be continued or updated, and the tool can generate both PDF reports for official documentation and Word tables for print-ready manual notes. It’s especially useful for security teams or compliance officers who need a structured, repeatable way to assess software risk without relying on a graphical interface.
