BodhipaksaLaura Loomer is an advisor to Trump, and she's quite clear that what's going on is not "deporting criminal aliens" but the ethnic cleansing of all 65 million Latinos in the US. In fact she's pretty clear she wants this to be the genocide of the US Latino population.
I'm not sure many people recognize we're already a few lines into the "first they came for the..." poem. But we are.

La parte que evitan mencionar es que esos “nuevos y flamantes” puestos de trabajo en realidad ya existen. Y que esa “mágica transformación” de la que hablan es lisa y llanamente más precarización.
Detrás de los algoritmos hay legiones de trabajadores precarizados e invisibilizados: los trabajadores de datos.

Nowhere GirlIt's kind of horribly impressive how quickly American and apparently British elites and intelligentsia turned against liminality or nuance or any conception of identity outside of hard, largely artificial binaries. Even rich people have to wedge themselves into these barren, narrow categories, and worldliness and multiculturalism used to be touchstones of upper class educated identity.
