Harmless Finnish person 😊 learning to be me again. I like and create fairy tales.
(Master of science in aquatic sciences (spatial data/programming), environmental planner of sustainable development, educator/ teacher and photographer. I don't believe in titles but for many people it seems to be important to categorize people based on their achievements. For me it's nonsense. I have met many smart people and I haven't even asked what they do in their life.)

I was like this: avoiding conflict, trying to find any other way, and hard to say "no". I realized some people take advantage of that, and at the same time they showed exactly what kind of people they are—and not in a positive way.

Today, I defended someone who was crying, because emotions are okay, allowed, and more welcome than toxic masculinity.
For me, it has been a positive change: to stand for who you are and what you believe in. Speaking up against bullying is a powerful tool.

The amount of churches and art in here is interesting. #tartu
Beautiful carvings and age.

Sometimes people are reaching up to you to #express themselves. You notice the level of empathy there can be but you can not know if it's #true
You feel like an imposter, because you're capable to the level of empathy making you care. At the same time it's important to protect yourself because empathy is a straight bridge inside a #human being. But there is also a #problem that you really can't hear and see the empathy in this fake dimension of internet. Is it just you and your own empathy?

I have always had a dream from an abandoned house. To fix it and make it "alive" again. Gladly, I also understand the amount time, work and money needed.

This house had its own soul.

28 cm, still pretty thick.

Eduard Tubin (1905-1982), Estonian composer and conductor. I took this image because tomorrow is Estonian Independence Day (24.2.1918). The Soviet occupation of Estonia ended in August 1991, and the last Russian troops left the country on 31 August 1994.

I took the photo because someone had put a scarf in the Estonian colors on him.
