Trying to find out BIOS information about this laptop. The manufacturer does not maintain a list of BIOS versions, the manufacturer does not publish release notes... The manufacturer does not maintain its own software repository and hosts files via free Google Drive accounts.

If you make and sell computers but your official line is "don't install our firmware updates unless you're having problems because you might break something" then you have no business making computers.
