Ooh, found where I can write the bio info. Xennial nerd who has always been interested in communications systems - radio system, phones, networking. Early adopter of ‘the interweeb’ including greats like IRC, Archie, WAIS, and eventually moving to the glorious NCSA Mosaic. From BBS to ISP, small phone systems to international enterprise, data centers to contact centers, somehow I’ve dabbled in a whole lot of stuff.

Photographers and artists rejoice—just like in the official iOS and Android apps, pictures are no longer cropped to 16:9 on the web version of Mastodon. Link previews have also gotten a face lift, and will now show both the article date and author when available.
