For any other #Fallout76 players looking for their plans, turns out they were moved to an item named "Recipe Book" in the notes category.(Thank you to https://thechrisd.com for the info). I personally think this should be a settings toggle. And/or allow manual player grouping as well. The Keyring works because you never need to access it. #Fallout

Shoutout to Restream support! The agent stayed on the line for multiple hours to help me diagnose an issue with Restream channels not being synced. Unfortunately it turns out there isn't really an easy fix to it, but they said the engineers would fix it and they would update me once they do.
