61 & 63 Abel Smith Street, 1969
Located on the corner of Footscray Avenue and Abel Smith Street. Constructed during 1896 and 1897, these houses were cleared in 1982 to allow for the construction of a commercial building. 61 Abel Smith Street (left) was relocated to 4 Stafford Street, Mt Victoria. The fate of number 63 (either relocation or demolition) is unknown.
