Definitely not eating all of this today, though.
I have recreated one of my all-time favorite sandwiches, The Gargoyle from The Corner Café, on the square in Carrollton, GA, “USA”, which is rightly stolen Mvskoke land.
Pot roast, mushrooms, onions, gorgonzola, arugula, pita wrap.
Garlic-sage porkchops, pan seared and finished in a 400°f oven, smothered with a creamy mushroom sauce; store bought salad mix combined with my cucumber salad recipe (and togarashi!); and couscous.
