Brag moment: I can now bend my knee 120 degrees!
This means I have finished stage 2 of my physiotherapy and can now begin stage 3: strength training.
By the end of this phase (3-4 months) I will be able to run and return to martial arts again!

That any is getting done at all, unfortunately. It has been a rough month of migraines (March weather, go figure) so I am pleased to be making some progress, but not happy at the speed of it. Still, it is getting done and that's the main thing!
