So tell me how people are affording these insane van life build outs. Like for real, even if you do the work yourself, the van, and the materials in these set ups aren’t cheap.

I think I am going to close my account here - I don't use it much, I am off of twitter now, I am not sure it will really be a loss to use less social media....... not even sure why I am typing this, but constantly downsizing seems like a good fit in my life.
@dominicvfx thats been my experience. I swear the surgeons all say the same thing. Reality is recovering is tricky. They shaved off and then Manipulate a muscle, and if ya watch a video, they arent gentle!! Recovery will be great and one day you’ll be like “hey, this all works again”
@dominicvfx i know you dont want to hear it, but from having been through so many of these things - You really gotta stay off and rest it. No hiking/running etc other than basic PT! It needs some time my friend. Glad no clot.

@dominicvfx i did that procedure before i had my patellar tendon reconstructed.
One week till we take the boys to the mountains for the first of many times. We can’t wait
@dominicvfx once you get that quad reactivating it changes everything especially if the kneecap tracks better.
