What’s New in EndeavourOS Titan Release?

Earlier this month, the Linux kernel 6.19 was released, and that was a good excuse to refresh our ISO. And as you can read from the title, the changes for this one were big enough to turn it into a major release with a name that really covers this ISO. Named after the second-largest moon in our solar system, Titan. So, we borrowed Saturn's largest moon to orbit aro

Ganymede Neo is out with core updates and upstream NVIDIA changes

We're kicking off 2026 with the release of Ganymede Neo. As you are accustomed to with our Neo releases, this release includes upstream updates and minor changes compared to the Ganymede ISO.

Before I go into the release notes, I just want to remind you of the following.

We have an issue with the forum and websites going offline at random. We are aware of the problem and are looking for a solution. This can take some time due to commitments in real life.
@Moonbase59 It was down for 3 minutes. Sometimes, a server has to reboot after a software update, so no worries.

Phonon-qt6-mpv removed from the repos

If you are using KDE/Plasma or a Qt-based media player, you may have phonon-qt6-mpv installed. It has been removed from the Arch repos. The supported replacement is phonon-qt6-vlc. To switch, you can use the command: sudo pacman -S phonon-qt6-vlc Now you can remove the other one: sudo pacman -R phonon-qt6-mpv It is worth noting that this will also install vlc if you don’t have it already. It is an option to stay on phonon-qt6-mpv which should be available in the AUR. However, be aware t...
