Haven't attempted Dave's Word Game today so I thought I'd check out the leaderboards first and... look if 218 is peak score today that is freaking me the fuck out

Today's grid in Dave's Word Game is causing discontent on the leaderboard. No one has a score above 200 *so far*. I imagine it's possible though. Just a rancid combination of letters today. My best word, amazingly, was AMAZINGLY.

No game update posts recently doesn't mean there haven't been game updates. Progress is asymptotic - the closer I get to finishing, the slower the progress becomes. Because each bit I complete is now meant to be "done" not "ready for revision".

of course "done" is just code for "will revise again"
