100 NC Soundscapes took us on our second trip to Jockey Ridge SP for the Rogallo Kite Festival and first to Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Lots of wind so ramped up the HPF'ing a bit, but overall we got some excellent audio 🎧🏖️🤌
A two year collab is across the finish line. Up in the studio and looks incredible! Original concept + handmade 100 year old splined oak frame done in-house. Art + design by Colby Teixeira (ct3x). Calligraphy by Jacey Peake and Miss Mona (mkh343). Final print by Joshua Niven at Asheville Fine Art Printing (on Canson Infinity Arches 88).

On a recent trip, decided to go for a sound walk along the water. It'll likely be a new addition to an ongoing library, one in our longitudinal series. Dusted off the H6n and Rycote grip. It was a quiet, late night walk, but the pics are early morning as the sun was breaking over the cliffs.
Any guesses where?
