@RecDiffs in the vein of “how does water get from the tap to your face?”, I just happened upon this on Facebook. OP was put off by his in-laws’ dishwashing method. He would wash and then rinse, they’d only wash then let air-dry. I do the same so was surprised that a significant portion of comments scoffed at rinsing. Apparently largely cultural, esp. Australians living under water restrictions, but (anecdotally) rinsing seems to be more of an American thing?
