Just an old geek. Learned about computers on a CARDIAC (CARDboard Illustrative Aid to Computation). Then the math teacher at HS got an old Navy surplus computer with drum memory. It had a high speed optical paper tape reader. From there it was BASIC, Cobol, FORTRAN, CMS-2Y, Jovial, Ada. Did some Java and C but never got that good. In retirement learning Rust.

Strange flight path yesterday (10-OCT-2025) over East Lansing, MI(#MSU). The aircraft does appears to be transmitting ADS-B data but no call sign. It circled over this small area so guessing it was some type of RC aircraft(not a jet).
Checked back today and three prop planes are circling over near this area. Guessing they are dragging adverts behind them as I'm guessing its game day at MSU.
