Beyond the science, one of the best parts of the Artemis 2 launch today was that for 2 hours we didn't have to hear anything about Trump.

You profess to be concerned about high stress amongst the employees within your demesne. If you are going to book meetings about "Stress Management" one idea to not compound the problem you purport to desire to mitigate is to not book meetings into the calendars of personnel which conflict with already-booked meetings.

You'd think after all this time and so many case studies available for review on public fora such as the MaliciousCompliance subreddits, that it would be part of the MBA rote by now that "anytime you give an instruction, and you are asked to confirm that instruction in writing, you should probably rethink that decision carefully before proceeding", but here we are.
