This long weekend, I had an opportunity to start my Ottawa visit by joining Pegey Roshnbiry Kurdy Ottawa to open an important discussion on the critical situation of Kurdish music I called it a “cultural invasion” of Kurdish music which is the consequence of the unconditional power of the centralism and nationalism culture purposefully assimilate the ancient music of the Kurds in Iran and Turkey.
