Thanks for everyone that made it out. Always have a good time chatting and talking shop.

If you couldn’t make it out, we will be back next month.

You can also join us for a bike ride this Sunday to Golden 11am. Planning on around 20 miles with a beer and lunch in the middle.

I am here @impropercity, we are staying inside as I think it will get a bit cool as the sun goes down.

Go to the top or mezzanine level. You will see the router and sticker line!

I also brought some fresh bread loafs for anyone that wants some.

Week of reminder —
We meet this Wednesday the 15th at 7pm!

@impropercity is the place and might just end up inside. It is all depending on how the weather breaks for us. I will update here, but also look for the Router and Stickers.#citysec

We are also #biking Sunday April 19th

Lastly, I wanted to print this cool reversible #StarWars thing. Anyone that shows up can be in the running to take it home.

3D printers empower people to quickly repair and replace everyday items. Print-blocking bills threaten this lawful use, though the algorithms will inevitably be subverted by any lawbreakers. https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2026/04/print-blocking-wont-work-permission-print-part-2
Print Blocking Won't Work - Permission to Print Part 2

Legislators across the U.S. are proposing laws to force “blueprint blockers” on 3D printers sold in their states. This mandated censorware is doomed to fail for its intended purpose, but will still manage to hurt the professional and hobbyist communities relying on these tools.

Happy April! I am not funny enough to take to April 1st messages.

Join us for our monthly meetup April 15th, Taxday!!!

I also think I am centering in on April 19th for a bike ride, but can be convinced a mother day to anyone that wants to speak up.

Hey all I want to put two dates for a proposed #bike #ride in early April.

Right now I am thinking either April 11th, or 18th… but 19th should work too.

Instead of REI as a stating point I am thinking somewhere on Clear Creek closer to Arvada. Golden is the beer/lunch point.

A day late, but I appreciate all new and regular faces that made it out last night.

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.

Thought I would leave some learned info:
- Death Valley had a rare flower blooming event
- Tipper is a Drum/bass music artist
- #HomeAssistant is cool

Since I don’t have twitter length restrictions, this article about my #network #security space was nice to read. It is about the #kimwolf #aisuru takedowns. A little bit like wack-a-mole but every little bit helps… I think.

Stay safe out there!

I am outside, it is too gorgeous not to take in this westher for March!

Happy Monday, I hope you enjoy this blog a coworker sent me. It is an allegory for the push of AI at work. Pretty funny.

Snow leaving today, but should be gorgeous Wednesday. We meet in two days! 7pm @impropercity
