What is the Government if not a tool OF the people FOR the people THROUGH the people?
Sure, it could be for the benefit of a limited minority, like in Monarchy or Oligarchy, etc.
But by that thought, a Democracy that doesn't respect its citizen's votes, would not be a Democracy, right?
