Currently, The Loch Raven Review site also hosts another of my poems, "Vertigo," which can be found at https://thelochravenreview.net/david-milley/
Also, the bound volume is mighty impressive! Behind the beautiful painting "Two Women" by Ruth Leavitt Fallon that graces the cover are nearly 300 pages of literature. It will make for several well-spent evenings of reading. It's available at Amazon.
I'm honored to see my poem, "Tiller and Shears," appear in Issue #104 of Neologism Poetry Journal: https://www.neologismpoetry.com/January-2026/.
I wrote it last spring, coming out of Jason Mitchell's "Poet's Myth" sessions and going into Christine Salvatore's "Building Worlds" workshop.
I'm crazy proud of this piece!

My author's copy of Snowflake Magazine, Anthology IV arrived today! The editors have marked my poem, "Decimal," as Editor's Pick for this issue!
It's one of my early poems, about a moment of missed timing, a Petrarchan sonnet arranged in couplets that proceed in multiples of ten.
I'm thrilled that the team at https://www.snowflakeculture.com have given my poem second life, and that they've rated it so highly!
Here's something fun! This morning the Origami Poems Project published my first little set of poems about Wade Whimsies. It's a "microchap," whichmeans, when it's folded a certain way and cut in one place, it forms a tiny booklet of six poems. You can download it for free here:

Ink and Ember Magazine's Fall issue is now freely available online (and for hard-copy purchase) at www.inkandember.org
This issue includes three of my poems: "Basket," "The Jersey Devil," and "The Queer Outreach Concert."

I'm one of the featured poets at the @troublemakerfirestarter virtual reading this Saturday evening at 7:00 pm EST. There's an open reading, too. Come on by!
Last Syllable Literary Journal has nominated my poem "Names" for inclusion this year’s Best of the Net Anthology. The odds are long, I know, but I'm honored that this piece resonated with the editors enough for them to recommend it!
