Nachdem der Verfassungsschutz nun gerade eben offiziell die gesamte AfD als »gesichert rechtsextremistisch« einstuft, wäre das der Zeitpunkt, daß Scholz aka die geschäftsführende Bundesregierung als quasi letzte Amtshandlung sofort den Verbotsantrag vor dem BVerfG stellt.

Sollte Scholz nicht auffindbar sein, kann auch Habeck als Vizekanzler dies tun.
