Tonight’s venue for a sold out Dave Graney and the Coral Snakes show in Brisbane @oldmuseum . Took me a few weeks to read this Doris Lessing doorstopper about 60s idealism through to the 90s as experienced by a big cast of characters all passing through a London house. Then in Africa. 1 of our 2albums from 2019. Came out in November when the country was on fire. I’d gotten a mask to wear to cope with all the smoke when we were playing in northern nsw which was not supposed to be burning but was. The mask helped when the pandemic happened a couple of months later. This album had a recurring theme of an abandoned, once great civilisation. Thursday February 16th we play at Mos Desert Clubhouse in Burleigh Heads.

Friday February 17th at the Hotel Eltham in Eltham (Lismore).

Saturday February 18th we play the Citadel in Murwillumbah.
