As a bland vanilla cisgender he/him I love when employers do this on their applications. The more options the better. like it’s great to normalize IDs outside the binary and reassure nonbinary applicants of a supportive work environment. but also it repels assholes and narrows the applicant pool to candidates who can function around people who are different from them
