I've done another light physio set, and now I'm off to bed. I feel more normally tired tonight, rather than the collapsed exhaustion of last night now. And also of this morning. Even my leg pain has shifted from sharp crampy stabbing like yesterday and this morning, to a dull warm ache with slight jelliness. This is good, I feel. #Goodnight
