I was running in the park and there was a crow perching with one of the parents nearby. The parent warned me not to get close to the young one so I steered away. The parent crow understood I was not interested in harming the young one and watched me run past. It’s really amazing how intelligent these birds are!

I almost forgot to tell you guys how this is our 1 year marriage anniversary and that we went out to a Spanish restaurant for paella!

First run this year. Actually first run since November when I was diagnosed with a herniated disk.

My running year ended abruptly with a herniated disk. Still my best year ever. Not sure I can improve it next year since I’ll have to start with recovery but we’ll have to see. Cheers!
