I’m changing over to a new instance (finally after months of going to do it 😂) so won’t be on this one anymore.

Had to wait for a call from my diabetes nurse today, got so anxious about it I had to put DND on.

They sent a message saying my results were satisfactory, which I wasn’t expecting, as I don’t feel I’m getting all I need from what I can eat. They forgot to request my HbA1c, probably because they nicked me with the needle and made me bleed a lot. So I have to go back next week and do that.

Glad I’m back on propranolol, and was able to collect today.

I went out to a nearby town to meet an old friend, got a bus as it dropped me nearer than the train. Left the house at 7.30am and got home after 1pm.

I’m so tired, I did start to zone out towards the end, and the cafe got too noisy. But got a bargain expansion pack for a board game in a charity shop.

Got all the updates on home edders since I left Leicester (and online groups.)

This could turn into a regular thing.

The beautiful Art Nouveau casino in Constanta, Romania. I visited several years ago when it was abandoned. A decaying shadow of her once-grand self. Now, she is renovated and back in use as an exhibition and events venue.

I know there are trace amounts in decaff, but just got the worst jitters and sense of doom after a Decaff coffee. I really didn’t fancy water, or peppermint tea, but won’t be making that mistake again.
