@samstrzyga - cool. Cheers. Will definitely look to do this over the weekend.
@Victoriak - yeah, while you can see the logic of considering films like 'Against All Odds' the very end of the "classic" noir period, "neo-noir" gets chucked at so many films which really aren't...

@davidannandale @samstrzyga - was thinking the exact same thing myself... would seem to be more appropriate for our main content (ignoring my potential political rants etc.) Plan to give it a look at the weekend if I have chance...

He wrote the international pop hit "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" before his haunting score for Nicolas Roeg's Don't Look Now (1973) triggered a prolific career in lush, inventive #Horror and #Thriller soundtracks...

He saw his first movie, Glorious Day, in 1922 and met regularly in the 30s with his client Ray Bradbury and Ray Harryhausen at the L.A. Science Fiction Society. He coined the term #SciFi and became the genre's most revered fan. His famous collection started in 1926 and guests at his "Ackermansion" included Bela Lugosi, Fritz Lang and Vincent Price. Remembering #ForrestAckerman (1916-2008), the legendary #FamousMonstersofFilmland editor, writer, literary agent and actor, born in L.A. #OnThisDay.
@Victoriak - Brilliant. Hope you enjoy!
