Passing through London today and attending a casual Hive meetup. It feels nice to get out and travel after so long and even better than I'm meeting great people too 😁
Job searching sucks, get rejected for "lack of experience" despite 5 years working in the same sector. Another company doesn't get back to you despite claiming they urgently need staff and will respond within 48 hours. I know in the news you always hear there is not enough workers etc but is that because businesses are too focused on you having degrees, scholarships, and top notch experience. Just a rant after bad news in the job search once again.
Still in January and I have so far read 3 books this year. Off to a solid start and on track for my goal of 30 books in 2026 💪

Feeling more and more tired as of recent probably the work and gym schedule but also maybe due to bad diet and something to look into, must start consuming more fruit and cut out the crisps and junk food
Again an unexpected day off, i need to find a new job this 1-2 shifts a week stuff is hurting me money wise. that being said, i haven't wrote the day off i have been busy on Hive engaging and getting stuff done. Plans for the rest of the day go do a food shop and a brisk walk.
Been a productive monday for a change. got Hive blockchain stuff done, joined reddit for my football hobby and possibly more stuff, deleted main stream socials facebook, x, tiktok. engaged with new people and catched up with friends. A good start to the week.
