@lowqualityfacts new releases work best on Friday afternoon.

Someone said to call them Nationalist Christians, or Nat-Cs for short, and I can't unsee it.

MAGAs are Nat-Cs. Period.

@mastodonmigration @cwebber It's now become a thing. Especially since people noticed "I wish ill on J K Rowling" fits the tune of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".

Audiobooks are a 100% valid way of reading, and if it's your primary way, I hear & honor ya.

Your irregular reminder that if you enjoy audiobooks Libro.fm is an incredibly good replacement for Audible.

Libro.fm provides DRM-free downloadable MP3 versions of the book (in addition to having an app you can use). They've had at least 90% of the books I've looked for.

They're also an employee-owned social corporation that allows you to support local independent bookstores with your purchases.

@neurovagrant cool! Thanks for the recommendation. They do “Winning” by Jack Welch. My favorite book!

Analysis: "Beyond Recognition: Is a Palestinian State even Possible Anymore?"

Recognising a Palestinian state is one thing. But the actual "formation of a future Palestinian state consisting of the West Bank, Gaza Strip & East Jerusalem is far more difficult to achieve."

What & who is recognition for, if Israel cannot be compelled to agree to a two-state solution?

Debian turned 32 today! 🎉

💡 The Debian project was officially founded on August 16, 1993, by Ian Murdock. This day is also known as Debian Day.

Debian Linux was officially founded by Ian Murdock on August 16, 1993. That's 32 years of stable, free, and opensource computing. From a single kernel, it has grown to parent some of the most popular OSes in the world. Cheers to the one that started it all! Happy 32nd birthday to the beloved mother of all distros!! 🥰 🍰
A photographer friend of mine had one of her sd memory cards die after a photo shoot. She’s tried Easeus and it can recover about 1300 of 1600 files, but she’s asking if there are other tools/tricks anyone knows from the forensics community that might be able to get the rest. I have a feeling there may just be some dead memory cells, but if there’s any chance to help, I’d like to. Thanks.
