Some people need it, some people don't. If you're looking for a better alternative, @libreoffice is the way to go.

Earlier this year, I acquired a relative's #macbook air M2 2022 (14,1 model). It had a column of keys that aren't responding (starting from 4 to the C key). I've been using an external split keyboard when using it on a desk or accessing the non-functioning keys with the accessibility keyboard.

I sort of see the appeal of using it as a truly portable workstation after discovering #Homebrew. Since its resurgence as a premium device, I had the impression that most useful apps had to be paid for.
