Just under a month until I'm in #Milan for the #milanocortina #winterolympics2026! I can't wait. Taking my eldest with me, our first trip away just the two of us.

Please let me know if you have tips for good breakfast places and teen fashion (not my strong suit)

Forty-one days till the #WinterOlympics2026 kick off, and the #Santagiulia #IceHockey arena still isn't finished.

At what point should we be getting concerned?

Landed in Italy yesterday and, like anytime you change country, I'm struck by how different the news feels. Events around the world are the same, but simply seeing them through the filter of another language instantly makes them feel further away and less important.

Plus, folks here really discuss things like recycling and renewable energy. Always seems too expensive and politicised in the UK in comparison.

However, not all is rosy, prices have all gone up since last time. I saw a 250g Lavazza Oro coffee pack for >€9 in the local supermarket. €9!! Those kinds of prices change habits. Cutting down already 😁
#Castello Orsini-Odescalchi. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
