Hilda Williams was born and raised in the close-knit town of Goodwater, Alabama, by her loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. James and Ella Kelley. Over the years, her journey took her to Columbia, South Carolina, before settling in Wellford, SC, where she currently resides with her husband of 13 years, James Williams Sr.
