TIL there are people who still think hydrogen cars are going to be a thing.

We need to do a better job of teaching people math.

No, Tesla, Subaru, and Ram don't have the worst drivers.

Let's look at how this myth spread throughout social media and news outlets, and how we now know for sure that all the claims made by LendingTree are false (the answer is: they've admitted it).

Recent claims that never should have been spread, now fully debunked

“We can’t know if the vehicle they’re looking to get insurance for is the vehicle where they had the accident”

Yeah, that’s a pretty glaring problem now, isn’t it.

I still can’t believe how many journalists fell for this bullshit and didn’t even bother to email LendingTree to ask what the hell they were talking about.

More on this and other debunked claims in my new article here:

Are Teslas the most or least safe vehicles?

What the data says, and why you might be confused

Are Tesla vehicles the most or least safe on the road?

It’s no wonder many are confused about this. So let’s look at what the data says.

In this piece I look at:
- Standardized testing of crash safety (for occupants and pedestrians) and Safety Assist features
- Real-world accident data compared to other vehicle makes

I also debunk some recent false claims you may have seen.

Please share, and feedback is very welcome!

Honestly don’t understand how this got past LendingTree’s legal department.

Assuming they have one, I have a feeling they may be very busy the next few days.

Seems like the other place is falling apart. Might try this again.

Really curious how Substack Notes will shape up, though.
